A simple approach for the moments that matter most
The ABC Approach
Attachment
Build a secure foundation with your child - so they feel safe, supported, and able to regulate, both during the day and at night.
Brain Science
Understand what’s actually driving you and your child’s behaviour and sleep—so you can respond in ways that are realistic and effective.
Communication
Learn how to respond clearly and calmly in the moment—so your child knows what to expect, and things start to feel more manageable.
This is how you move forward - with clarity, not chaos

What Mothers Are Saying
“I reached out to Anna because my 15-month-old was still waking up at least three times a night, and as a first-time parent, I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong. I felt stuck and needed someone who could really understand what was going on.
From the start, Anna was so sensitive to everything I shared. I never felt judged, just supported and truly heard. She quickly picked up on what the real challenge was and explained things in a way that made everything feel much less overwhelming.
She shared helpful information and even scientific studies that made me understand my baby’s sleep habits so much better. And because she has so much experience as a mom herself, she pointed out things I hadn’t even considered that could be influencing the situation.
Working with her brought me so much relief and confidence. I’d happily recommend her to any caregiver looking for someone who is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely there to help”
JG, Mom of 1 - Focused Sleep Support
“Anna is open, easy, helpful and non‑judgmental. Each session is very parent‑led; we always discussed what was most needed for me in that moment.
After the course, I now understand what my son is going through more clearly and how it’s developmentally appropriate that he acts in certain ways. I was able to share what I’ve learned with my husband, so we’ve both benefited from the course. We both feel more confident and calmer as parents.”
VR, Mom of 2 - ABC Method
“Taking the time to work with Anna as a parent coach has been a great gift to myself and my family. I discovered some incredible insights about myself and how this has impacted my parenting style.
I think every parent could benefit from working with Anna. Her style and approach to coaching makes you feel seen and heard. I gained a great awareness for how my actions and behavior show up in my children, and together we explored methods to help alleviate my guilt and impatience in my parenting, which has had such a positive impact on my relationship with my children. Thank you, Anna!”
JH, Mom of 2 - ABC Method
"Anna was very genuine, easy to talk to and understood the mothers thinking, feelings and included my natural approach. The most valuable part was her stepping away from traditional sleep approaches and looking at my daughter and myself as one. Through this we discovered a very low iron count which was the most important factor. Both of our health was at risk. And Anna was to thank for urging me to look into it further. Thank you . Ps my daughter is a fabulous sleeper still at two."
CH, Mom of 1- Focused Sleep Support
Hi, I'm Anna
I support working mothers with children aged 0–6 to navigate sleep and parenting challenges with practical, science-based strategies that work in real life.
My approach brings together evidence-based parenting and pediatric sleep support—because parenting doesn't stop at night.
Through my ABC method, rooted in Attachment Theory, Brain Science, and Conscious Communication, I help you understand what’s driving your child’s behaviour and sleep—and give you clear, realistic ways to respond in the moment.
I will never ask you to go against your instincts as a parent. My approach is not based on “cry it out,” but on building and maintaining a secure attachment—supporting your child’s development while protecting your relationship and their overall well-being.
I am certified in both parent coaching and pediatric sleep, and I bring these together to offer a complete, holistic approach to support.
I’m also a working mom, navigating the same pressures, exhaustion, and emotional load that come with raising young children alongside work and life.
My goal is to help you feel calm, confident, and in control—so things feel more manageable, day and night.
